A lady maven's haven

Melissa Kim, General Manager of the Box Jelly, announced the opening of a new project within the large Kakaako coworking space today.

Kim is hosting an open house-style grand opening for "Haus of Maven" today in part of the Box Jelly known as The Zone. Tea and pastries from Morning Glass Coffee + Cafe will be on hand, and coworking will be free (work stations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis).

"Thanks to the generous support of our founders, Rechung and Tony, we've created a beautiful, safe haven for women to work and build community with one another," says Kim.

Haus of Maven is described as "a pop-up women's coworking space" and will be held within the Box Jelly, allowing female entrepreneurs, creatives and other independent workers to meet and collaborate.
